Like:
The gulet was amazing. Great layout with plenty of areas to lounge, eat, etc. The crew was great and very accomodating. We also really enjoyed the meals.
Dislike:
The only complaint would be that we would have liked more variety in our itinerary or options on where to sail.

Nice but a little disappointing
Like:
I liked the beauty of the boat, the kindness of the crew and the beauty of Turkey.
Dislike:
I did not like the lack of organization of the agency vis-à-vis several points that I had asked and which were not respected.
I did not like the equipment for water sports either. The water skis were not suitable and of poor quality. The sailing plancha was nil.

A wonderful vacation in paradise for the whole family
Like:
1. The yacht was comfortable and spacious
2. The crew were very efficient and helpful
Dislike:
1. Food was good but not as we expected considering we chose VIP option, we were expecting more fresh seafood, fresh bread, etc.
2. There was always a terrible smell in the cabin area

Great holiday. But make sure you have all your questions clearly answered before making an agreement so there are no disappointing surprises.
Like:
The Crew was fantastic. Professional, always smiling and fulfilling all of our needs regardless of what was asked. The boats outside area were fantastic.
Dislike:
Air-conditioning was not 12 consecutive hours as agreed. It was cut ever 5 hours or so due to the “air pump” not being able to withstand longer time. This is not what was agreed and was a disruption and disappointment. Air-conditioning in one of the main master bedrooms was barely working. Disappointing and not fair. Agency did not provide enough food ingredients and we had to make an unnecessary stop in order to resolve this. Disappointing. Communications from the agency were unclear from the start and what was agreed was not necessarily fulfilled. It was never made clear that all food etc needed to be paid on arrival of the boat for example.

Good but the little nonsense that could have been addressed was a huge turn off.
Like:
Boat was very large. Trip was great.
Dislike:
Smell, captain kept turning off A/C at night, food was not as planned.
