The Guletyacht.net can arrange a charter for you next week, or for next year, however, if you would like to secure a particular vessel or if your holiday dates are not flexible, then it is best that you book as early as possible. Your yacht broker can, of course, help you arrange a charter at a moment's notice, but if you're planning to reserve a particular yacht or have specific dates in mind, they will be able to advise you about when best to book to avoid disappointment. The reservations for the blue cruise start in October. The peak season can be busy. We recommend you to book in advance. Please, first you plan how many people will join you on holiday and then we can help you decide what kind of boat or trip you need. At this time you can choose the route and the exact time you want to do the trip. We are always ready to help and give you some advice.

What about the food an drinks on board?

The cook on board will prepare some of the best Mediterranean, Turkish, Greek and international cuisine. Breakfast, meat and vegetable dishes, fish and other seafood, mezes and böreks, pastries and cakes in the afternoon are some of them. A few times in a week you will have a barbecue. If there are some vegetarian guests, the cook will consider this. Please advise while booking your holiday if you are a vegetarian or if you need special arrangements for food. The meals are being served at the upper deck, an open-air and a nice view. If you prefer to do the shopping for food and drinks, you can do it at the supermarket. In this case, we will start our first day later. If you prefer us to organize that for you, we do gladly. Our packages include breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee, biscuits at afternoon and dinner. This way, you will not lose any time, and you can start your trip immediately after you arrive. We can buy drinks for you also you may bring your own drinks too and we can serve them for you.

Some of the boats also carry a canoe or an even a surfboard. Maybe you want to take a walk in the forest or you may read a book to relax or work on your computer. You may prefer to have a glass of raki, listen to some music and join the barbecue party on the upper deck with your friends. At night, you can decide to stay in a quite bay or to stay at the harbor for do some shopping or go out at night. Your captain will choose the best itinerary that is most suitable for you and do everything to make sure that you have a fantastic holiday. The boats travel about 3-4 hours on the way and then stop at 3-4 different places every day. They may put up the sails depending on the wind.

What is APA? How is it calculated?

The rental fee usually only includes the rental of the yacht and the crew, and all other costs are included in the charter fee. Each charterer has different needs and wishes. APA or Advance Provisioning Allowance is a standard arrangement to cover your expenses on yacht charters. This is a simple and hassle-free way to create a small cashier account for the captain of your ship tenant to cover operating expenses such as boat, food, wines, liquor, communications, port charges, ship and fuel spent for ship transfers. Special demands and coincidences from you. The captain will make all payments from this account and must keep all receipts and balance the account for you. There are no signs in APA and you can review the spending level at any time. The credit remaining at the end of your luxury charter will be fully refunded in cash and in the same way any average payment will be paid to the captain before boarding the yacht. Your captains should warn you if it seems to exceed your APA, so no surprises. The APA amount is estimated and is calculated as a percentage of the rental fee, which is 20-25% for a yacht and 30-35% for a super luxury yacht, depending on the travel price and the number of passengers. Under MYBA Terms, the APA will be paid as of the date of the final charter payment. This allows the captain and crew to plan and personalize your statute before your arrival.

What time can we board the yacht?

The official time for your yacht being ready and available to the board is 15:30 and 17:00. Using your arrival information on the crew list we’ll ask the captain to have the yacht ready earlier but please understand that this cannot be guaranteed as time is required to prepare the entire yacht and provisioning. You need to check out from your yacht at 09:00 - 10:00 on the day of departure which means being in the port the night before or early morning on the same day. Please liaise with your charter broker about that.

What should I pack?

First of all, do not forget to bring your camera! Comfortable, informal clothing and equally comfortable shoes are a must for sightseeing in cities as well as ancient sites. Soft or rubber soled footwear or boat shoes on the boat. Wear standard shoes and sandals for on-shore use only. During the summer months, you'll need lightweight clothing, T-shirts, shorts and lightweight cotton slacks, jeans and shirts. In April and May and from mid-September through October, evenings and even days may be cool, so please bring a sweater or sweatshirt. And keep in mind that when you visit mosques or churches, you should avoid wearing either shorts or short sleeves. Life on a boat will generally be informal, so keep in mind - don't come with suitcases - they are difficult to store on a boat. And you'll probably want to bring at least two swimsuits along with some beach towels - as these are not supplied on some of the yachts.
