Dear Guletyacht.net visitors, As there is a short period of time for the ending of the summer season, we have just opened up excitedly the booking period of the summer season of 2012.

Guletyacht.net, which will hereinafter continue working within Ariva Yachting with a more powerful formation, is ready to serve you this year with our new office, new team-mates and our usual energy.
In terms of our achievements we have got and some little problems we have encountered with, I would like to mention you, precious guests about some issues which are needed to be paid attention.
For the same gulet yacht, how can some websites on the internet give cheaper price?
While there are completely legal and honest firms in the sector in which we operate, unfortunately there are also many people who try to smuggle gulet holiday services. While these people make sales on a simple website without having enough experience, legal documents, fixed offices, personnel who serve in the department of sales and operations and most importantly without paying taxes, they can give more affordable prices.
However, I would like to emphasize that those who make reservations through these people and organizations take a very serious risk.
The troubles you may encounter with;
The yacht you were promised may be different when the tour day comes,
You may not get back your payment in case of cancellation of any essentials,
The contract they have sent to you is invalid while they are not legal and not tax competents,
You cannot find any answerers who can help you in a possible problem, Therefore, please pay particular attention while determining the firm from where you will take service.
Why one of the two yachts which are nearly the same and have the same number of cabins is more expensive?
In Gulet Yacht Charters, the factor determining the price is not only the length of yacht or the number of cabins. First of all, the staff with whom you will spend a week in the same yacht need to be perfect. An expert cook, successful service personnel, a good captain and as occasions requires hostess. One of the most important factors affecting the price are the quality of personnel and service.
Consider two different five-star hotels. Although they both have the same standards why one of them is more expensive than the other one? Also many details which are used in the construction and decoration of the yacht, which are non-obvious in the photos are one of the important factors causing the difference in the prices.
Why do the prices on your website and the prices you offer us differ from each other?
The prices shown on our website are the low season starting prices of gulet yachts. These prices are shown for our visitors to get an average idea about the yachts they are interested in.
In addition, according to the fullness or vacuity of the yachts there may be changes in the prices or discounts in early booking and last minute bookings.
The prices on our website are the starting prices (low season) fixed in May and October. In the months of June and September the prices are mid-season, in July and August they are high season. Why Credit Card is not accepted?
Our company makes payments in cash for the rented yachts. Provided for the contract, payment procedure is making payment in cash of the total rental amount on the date when the tour starts at the latest.
Because of this, unfortunately for the private yacht rentals payment with the Credit Card is not accepted.
However, in the summer season of 2012, for the cabin tours we will accept the payments with the Credit Card.
Is the early booking or the last minute booking better?
In contrast with classic holiday at hotel, each gulet is single. Accordingly, we recommend you book earlier for your favourite yacht. Otherwise, the yacht you demand may have been already rented by another customer on the dates you want.
In the last minute reservations you have a chance to get the most affordable prices. However, whether the yachts remaining until the last minute are good or not, it is totaly your chance.
Do you offer services other than gulet yacht charter?
Of course, our company gives all travel services such as airport transfer, hotel&villa reservation, air ticket and so on. For further information, please ask for more detailed information to our sales consultant.
